• Design new solution for loading data from SAP to HFM in consult with SAP architects
• Design and develop automatic feed for loading of subset of entities removing the need of user intervention (Python, FDMEE API)

• Redesign FDMEE integration using OneStream technology, reduction of maintenance effort from 3-4 days across team to 1 day across team.
• Design automation that provides figures with max 2 hrs (load time of longest batch) –  FDMEE solution was only capable of once a day updates due to volume of data
• Reduction of my own consulting days from 4 to 2 by designing an integration that requires minimum maintenance. I spend the 2 days now with delivering enhancement
• Design data pipeline for ingestion of ERP files  (1500 files / 14 million records per month) that feed the RDBMS model. Heaviest load now takes 2 hrs in FDMEE this used to take 5 hrs. This is also due to OneStream which handles big amounts of data much better.
• Custom dashboard design and development within OneStream using business rules (VB.NET, OneStream API) and dynamic SQL queries

• Develop data integration of loading ERP files for actuals in OneStream that provides up to date figures with max 10 minutes latency. 
• Migration of historical data for budget and actuals with Finance only having approval role
• Design of data pipeline from OneStream to Hyperion (Python, shell script, crontab) and Hyperion to OneStream providing two updated per day in Hyperion

• Analyzed FDMEE  solution and implemented improvement that reduced loading times by 60%,  decreased maintenance effort and improved data consistency (Python, FDMEE API)

I worked on a mix of long term and short term projects. For short term projects I was responsible for all phases of the project, from pre-sales through providing estimates all the way to developing  and  delivering the solutions and after-care.

As part of the application management team I acted as a linking pin between finance and IT. Next to application management of Hyperion I was also responsible for the rollout  and maintaining CXO Cockpit Dashboarding tool.

• CXO Cockpit Decorative Paints Dashboards: requirements gathering; report design, creation and rollout; general administration. Delivered reporting packages for controlling and logistics groups.
• Application management of Hyperion Enterprise
• Upgrade from Enterprise to HFM: migration of historical data, created SAP integration using FDMEE, user training and workshops
